Selangor FC are currently in Thailand for the second leg of the ACC Shopee Cup™ Final against Buriram United FC at Buriram Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for 8pm Malaysian Time.

According to Selangor FC Head Coach, Kim Pan-gon, the team have made full preparations to bounce back in the second leg and lift the championship trophy for the Red Giants.

“Yes, the first leg was a difficult match and our performance was not at the 100% level we expected from ourselves. After the match, we had many discussions to correct several things and prepare a new approach for this game. At the moment, all the players are in good condition and I believe they are fully confident ahead of tonight’s match. We believe we can turn the result around and lift the championship trophy,” stressed Kim Pan-gon.

“What is very important, in my opinion, is how quickly we can equalise. This will certainly be a very challenging match for the team, so scoring early could change the course of the game tonight. We have made big plans for this match and I believe today’s game will be a very exciting one for the supporters,” he added.
